### 1/5 — Got in and can’t get out!!!

This was supposed to be a free trial and I can’t find it on my Apple subscriptions and there’s no info to contact the company. The menu on the upper right just turns from three lines into an “x”.

**Developer response:** "So sorry — completely understand the frustration. Since Rooted is a web-based subscription, it won't show up in your Apple Subscriptions settings. To cancel: rooteddaily.org/login → Account → Manage Subscription. Or email support@rooteddaily.org and I'll take care of it right away. Nobody should feel stuck. — Ryan, Founder"

$10 a month for a curated list of free YouTube videos? Who runs this? There are no names on the website listed other than content providers who are unaffiliated.

**Developer response:** My name is Ryan Delling I'm a pastor and my wife and I started a small church called The Altar (thealtar.net). I built Rooted because I needed it myself — I never went to seminary and I was tired of not having good answers when my faith got challenged. Every video in here I either made with pastor friends or chose from existing content because it helped me personally. Your feedback is helpful that it feels scammy and I am going to address it directly with changes to our branding and marketing

I am not using the app on a regular basis and cannot unsubscribe. Still being charged a monthly fee. Am so frustrated!!!

Rooted is billed through our website (not Apple), so it won't appear in your iPhone Subscriptions. To cancel: log in at rooteddaily.org/login → Account Settings → Manage Subscription. It helps keep a daily 10 minute lesson in front of you to help build a habit. There's original content plus some YouTube content but but it keeps you from having to search to find a 10 minute lesson
