## What is Rootlock?

Rootlock turns your phone into a focused environment — blocking the apps that steal your time while growing a virtual plant that reflects your actual discipline.

Unlike honor-system focus apps, Rootlock uses Apple's Screen Time framework to enforce your focus window. Open a blocked app mid-session and your plant wilts. Stay focused and it climbs from a tiny seed to an Ancient Tree.
