### 1/5 — « Tinder » style coverage requests is awful idea

*2026-08-06*

I have no idea who and under what circumstances thought that taking on coverage through « Tinder » style swipe is good UX, but it is absolutely obvious that it is very-very bad idea for team that actually care to be available during their on call rotation

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2026-07-07*

Amazing app, extremely helpful

### 5/5 — Oncall how it should be

*2026-05-22*

I feel like I’ve used every on-call tool. From Pagerduty and VictorOps to incident and firehydrant.. this is the best one. Full control of what I need sound wise an easy to use. It’s all I need. I appreciate the thought that went into it.

### 1/5 — Dreadful UI to respond to coverage requests

*2026-04-05*

Confusingly and absurdly uses Tinder style swiping to respond to coverage requests with no ability to undo. Makes it easy to accidentally accept things when you are trying to dismiss, but hey, I guess it boosted their coverage metrics. Highly frustrating.

### 5/5 — best oncall app, easy to use

*2026-01-24*

easy to use and looks so much better than pagerduty or opsgenie

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2026-01-19*

Really love the UI easy to use much better than PagerDuty.

### 5/5 — Intuitive

*2026-01-19*

Intuitive to use, receive pages and hop into the slack channel. But what’s important for me is when I’m getting paged at 3AM, I have no idea what’s going on. So it’s been really helpful in giving context, and then automatically triggering the communication channels and documentation.

### 1/5 — Really really bad app when compared to Opsgenie

*2025-10-29*

The app and website is soo slow and frustrating to use. I have decided to take up meditation after using Rootly, I will go crazy otherwise

### 5/5 — Nice

*2025-09-23*

Nice

### 5/5 — Absolutely love it!

*2025-09-19*

I’ve been using Rootly for about two months now and it is exactly what I needed! So convenient, easy to navigate, and never missed a page thanks to this app!
