The rewards program is incredibly insulting. $1,000 until you get a free bowl? $250 for a free drink that costs the business almost nothing? Makes me not want to eat here. ### 2/5 — Amazing healthy food but horrible app rewards *2025-12-22, version 25.6.10* First let me just say that i love eating there, the food is fresh healthy and delicious, i go there about 2-3 times a week. So i decided to get the app for rewards since i go so much, but when i starting looking at the rewards it completely disappointed me. You need to spend $250 for a free drink, then $500 for $5 off! Thats crazy! Then it gets even worse with $1000 to get a free bowl!!! Another issue is that there’s no easy way to contact anyone from the app based on order issues. Additionally, it won’t let me use a gift card if my total exceeds it (which is super annoying, I just want to use up my gift card and pay the rest on my card which it currently doesn’t allow) Also when you order in person there is no way to scan your app to earn points.
