## What is RopeJoy?

Count jump rope automatically from your wrist. RopeJoy records your jumps with Apple Watch, then lets you review every workout and follow your weekly progress on iPhone.

Apple Watch is required for automatic jump counting, heart-rate tracking and calorie estimates. You can also add a workout manually on iPhone. No account is required.

COUNT ON YOUR WATCH

• Count jumps automatically while you train
• See workout time, pace, heart rate and estimated calories
• Pause, resume and finish directly from your wrist
• Sync completed workouts to iPhone

REVIEW YOUR JUMP ROPE TRAINING

• See daily and weekly jump totals
• Browse workout history and detailed statistics
• Follow weekly goals and recent training rhythm
• Add or edit workouts manually when you train without your watch

BUILD A ROUTINE

• Choose a training plan for your current level (Pro)
• Set a daily goal and customise weekly targets with Pro
• Schedule training reminders on your preferred days (Pro)

ROPEJOY PRO

One optional lifetime purchase unlocks complete training plans, advanced insights, reminders and data export. No subscription.

RopeJoy uses HealthKit during watch workouts to read heart rate and active energy, and saves workouts to Apple Health with your permission.

Training records are stored locally on your devices. You can review or delete them in the app, or export them with Pro. RopeJoy excludes its workout data directories from system backups, so local records may not be recoverable after uninstalling the app or replacing your device.
