Run a session wherever you are. Start it on your Apple Watch for a tap on the wrist, or run it right on your iPhone — no Watch needed. iPhone sessions keep going in the background, so the timer carries on while your phone is locked or in your pocket.

The activities are yours to shape. Set one up with a name, an icon, a color, a length, and how often you'd like a knock — whether it's a morning routine, a bath, a study session, or anything you like. Keep the knock silent as a haptic, or add a sound. It's your rhythm.
