Rose is a stretching and mobility app built around one thing: pressing start and following along. Pick a routine and Rose runs it. One movement on the screen at a time, a countdown for each, a chime when it ends and a buzz when the next one begins. Where a movement has a second side, Rose tells you to switch. Set how long you get in between, or turn on the spoken names and stretch with the phone face down. WHAT IS IN IT · 92 routines, from two minutes to thirty · 249 movements, every one illustrated, each with instructions, tips and an easier variation · 5 plans that run across days, four over three days and one over seven · Browse by body area or by length, or search the whole catalogue TWO WAYS TO MAKE YOUR OWN Say what you want, whether that is the area, the length or the kind of work, and Rose builds a routine from the movements it has. Your sentence is sent to an AI service to be read; the routine itself is assembled on your phone, from the same reviewed movements as everything else. Rose asks before it sends anything, and if you say no it builds the routine on the phone instead. Or pick the movements yourself, set each hold, name it, and it lands in your library. WHAT IT KEEPS Finished routines collect in your history. Rose counts the days in a row and holds the target you set yourself. Onboarding asks what you need Rose to be careful with. That answer stays on the phone, and the builder leaves out any movement that lists it as a caution.
