Doesn’t work properly!!! I also tried to delete and reinstall App but no luck. Have to log in twice to get onto the Parent Portal which is most of the time.

Doesn’t work, I am logged into my account but whenever I go into a menu, it comes up with an error and it says ‘An unknown error has occurred, please try again later’. It repeatedly comes up with this message, no matter what menu I go into. I have tried everything like deleting and reinstalling the app, using another account and nothing worked.

Tass says “login failed Invalid User - Could not login as *myusername*” but on the main website I can sign in just fine. 

Because of this error, the app can not use important functions like the timetable (which is basically the reason I downloaded it)

Even after resetting and reinstalling the app there is no change. 

The following do not work: 
- Timetable
- Absence
- Newsletter 
- Daily notices 
- COVID-19 Information for parents
- Parent Portal url
- Patents and friends
- Collage Policies 
- Privacy Policy 

*Only good thing is the subscription to my Apple Calendar*
