They cant even come to me correctly with the quickest way, taking dumb shortcuts

If I could give this app 0/5 stars I would but sadly that is not an option.

Firstly it doesn’t let you add card details (I presume because they want you to pay with cash)

And the link to verify email doesn’t work!

Pointless app, don’t bother.
