Make a request to the front desk, then follow the status and get updates right in the app. Schedule services with the fitness center and book other amenities like bowling, golf simulation, etc. Your confirmation is delivered to the app. You can even text with staff about your requests directly via the app, keeping all of your communications in one place. We’ve also given you easy access to check your electric statement or pay your rent. Your building brings together everything you need just an elevator ride away. Wasting so much time!!!!! ### 1/5 — Won’t load my building! Problem for new renters! *2021-05-11, version 19.7.003* I just moved and was told I’ll reserve gym time, submit maintenance requests, etc. through this app, but I’ve redownloaded the app several times now and it only shows two properties to choose from and neither of them are my building so now i have no way of using getting access to these things in my new building. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Rose Associates is no longer a customer, so we no longer support their residential application. We suggest getting in touch with your building manager who will direct you to the current app provider. Can you kindly confirm which building you live in so that we can inform Rose of the discretionary direction from their staff? Haven’t seen any attempts to fix the very obvious flaws.
