Too many bugs needs updated. There’s been a lot of software updates, they need to keep up!

My company has two accounts with this software. In order to see both you must go into one, get out of it, then put in the other account number & go into it again. I actually carry 2 devices so I don’t have to keep going in & out of the two accounts. My question is: Why can we not download a second icon for the other account & then no more carrying two devices or going in & out, in & out to see each account & what your work schedule is? It’s really not rocket science folks…

It keeps asking me to accept the terms and conditions and enter ALL my log in information when it’s usually all there, except for my password of course.

There are over 50 million Spanish speakers in the United States. The United States has the second largest Spanish speaking population in the world after Mexico. There is an immediate need for an app to service this community.

The app works fine, however I’m not receiving any notifications from it and can though they’re turned on in system settings. This is a real problem because I can’t get new information when it’s given. Any help on this would be appreciated.

This app is ok as a starter app but it could use some updates. For iPhone users, Touch ID should be enabled to sign in and to clock in and out of shifts. The calendar should have the option of looking at it in a list form (the way it is now) but also in a grid form. It gets confusing when you have to scroll all the way through for the month. Also, there should be notifications for when shifts become available. I think with these changes the app will be better.

This app has helped us deliver superior service and saved numerous hours of effort. Our caregivers LOVE it. The quick response to developing a CDC complaint COVID questionnaire for caregivers and clients was awesome.   As to some of the “bugs” mentioned, all our caregivers get notifications & shift offers without a problem.  I’ve been able to call support to get answers to what I first thought was a bug.

This app is wonderful! Makes clocking in and out super easy, along with picking up shifts. The app is also super helpful to know specific things about your client and not having to call your supervisor for every detail because it’s already there for you! Love the app!
