Either pick you up late or doesnt pick you up at all. There is also no drivers a lot of times to pick u up because they are unavailable

UNRELIABLE! Had a ride that would pick me up in 5 minutes and then I was delayed to 26!

I haven’t booked an actual ride with the app yet, but I did play with the app some, and I find it mostly functional, but a bit confusing.  Especially the part for setting the date & time of the ride, because apparently those bits are vertical sliders, but they look nothing at all like vertical sliders!  I recommend an update to the UI to help those dates & times be more obviously sliders!
