They also refuse to acknowledge cancelation of vip subscription... A subscription that does not show up in my apple pay or my Google store. They say “for only a small fee you can read all short stories free!” Trouble is that they make it almost impossible to cancel. The subscription didn’t go through Apple so I can’t cancel it that way. Emails to their support address ask for account info but never respond. I’m getting my back to cancel and dispute charges as I’ve tried to get rid of this app for over a month! And if you read the short stories, eventually you find the same stories are in about 1/2 of the other collections.
