Try to make it less thanks good work ### 3/5 — Limited use QANTAS Long Haul *2018-08-13, version 1.4.6* This app is of limited use with QANTAS, as due to the introduction of MFA the app is unable to access your roster and download the required info. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t buy this! *2025-12-01* The app almost never works. I’ve sent at least 15 emails to ask for help. I got a couple of reply’s saying try again. Still doesn’t work. If I could give less than 1 star I would. ### 1/5 — Does NOT work and support is inexistent *2024-08-17* After over a month of attempting to contact their support, my emails were completely ignored. This product does NOT work with IADP systems. And don't expect to get your money back—it's a complete ripoff. ### 1/5 — Unable to get Support to respond *2024-07-16* I have had this App for just over a year and has worked adequately for me. However my company has upgraded us to newer iPads and I have found that I’m unable to login into my Roster Import account to Sync it with my roster. I’ve contacted the help desk 4 times and haven’t received any response to help solve the issue. I’m now asking for a refund. Will see if they respond to this request. ### 1/5 — Has not worked since July last year *2022-01-26* 2factor authorisation broke what used to be a good app. I know some have managed to keep it connecting, but everything I’ve tried has failed, so it is with some sadness that I have to unsubscribe. ### 1/5 — Calendar updates don’t work *2021-01-07* Having to delete and reinstall my calendar on all of my devices every week or so the calendar updates with changes really takes away the convenience of the app. Have been waiting for the promised fix for months now, really disappointed that I renewed my subscription. **Developer response:** Unfortunately the calendar issue is outside of our control. We are developing a new version of the app that doesn’t rely on the Apple Calendar app so this issue will no longer exist. We will have this version available in the next two weeks. ### 2/5 — It wasn’t good, now it’s not *2025-08-10* I had this, did the one year subscription. It was good…until they did an update which it no longer would notify me of schedule changes. I would have to search and most times my schedule changes weren’t downloaded. I would do a push and nothing. So they raised the price from $10/yr to $15/yr and made it useless. **Developer response:** Hi. For example there have been no updates that I can see since 5 days ago. Does not notify me of changes as it doesn’t update the roster. **Developer response:** Hi. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Not importing to calendar *2020-12-06* As the partner of a flight attendant the fact the information is not being uploaded to the calendar is disappointing. The loss of this function turns it from a great tool to a very ordinary tool. It always misses Perth to Melbourne flights and recently started using numbers instead of time on late night flights. ### 3/5 — Hassle after hassle *2020-12-04* Some info is wrong and/or superfluous to my requirements. It’s trying to solve problems that don’t exist by creating more complexity. For example, I’m having to delete weeks of unwanted and unread daily mini-briefings. This is better left to Dispatch on the day. The Aircraft Rego is unreliable and constantly wrong, and I’ve just learned to ignore that and wait until I get the real info at work. The team have finally fixed the IOS14 incompatibility problems though, but that was a big PIA. It views well on the iPad, but the iPhone interface is marginal. On the positive side, it gives a broad overview of your roster without loving on to the Company website. **Developer response:** Hi. Great for family and friends. 10 out of 10 for value for money. ### 5/5 — Fantastic app with great support (Rex crew) *2022-03-26* Briefing report is ready to print from home prior to a duty, saving time for a coffee at sign on. Had cause to email support a while back (my own user error), and they were able to rectify the issue for me very quickly. Cheaper than the “CrewMobile” app if you want to sync your schedule to iCal and view on your watch, phone, iPad etc and comes with more included features too.
