The customer support became very disappointing; I have sent a few emails about issues and never received a reply. I referred a few colleagues initially and none of them were credited even tho they are using the app. It feels like the app has grown but the services hasn’t kept up. They don’t help at all when you actually need support. I accidentally re subscribed to a yearly premium using the wrong email address, which created a subscription on an old account. I contacted them to transfer it to my current account (where all my contacts are), but they completely ignored my request. Then it just stopped working. Tried everything to troubleshoot. Sent a chat. Followed up after a week with no response. A week after that still nothing. Tickets aren’t answered at all — not even an acknowledgment — and it’s been like this for months. When I do get a reply, it’s usually a lazy, copy‑pasted message that doesn’t address my issue in the slightest. It’s beyond frustrating to see how little they seem to care about loyal users. The RosterBuster team, from CAE ### 3/5 — Stopped updating. *2026-01-26, version 4.5.5* I have been using this app to transfer my roster to the EASA app. However it stopped transferring a few days ago. I looked at the troubleshooting page, but I cannot make it work as the information is not valid as I have no such steps on my phone that says I should follow . It updates on the app, but not on the web sight and it does not transfer any data to EASA. I paid for Premium, yet I still cannot use it! I’m very dissatisfied right now, I cannot see how this can be fixed as there is no one I can contact. ### 1/5 — stop. Logging. Users. I believe it’s not valuable anymore!! ### 1/5 — Decent app when it works…which is rare *2026-07-16, version 4.5.7* When the app works, it’s pretty good. Unfortunately when you have an issue (and you very frequently will) and contact support, it takes them months to get back to you.
