## What is RosterIQ?

RosterIQ takes the group-chat chaos out of pickup sports. Create a game,
share it with your crew, and let the app handle the rest — who's in, who's
on which team, who won, and who gets the bragging rights.

SET UP GAMES IN SECONDS
• Pick a sport — football, volleyball, handball, basketball, tennis and more
• Set kickoff time, location, duration, and a roster cap
• Private, friends-only, or public games others can discover
• When the roster is full, new confirms join a waitlist that promotes
  automatically the moment someone drops out

BALANCED TEAMS, NO ARGUMENTS
• Every player has a skill rating built from real post-game votes
• Auto-generate fair sides from ratings, or go luck-of-the-draw random
• Swap players between teams, set captains, lock the roster at kickoff

LIVE MATCH MODE (FOOTBALL)
• Match clock — single half, or two halves with automatic halftime
• Live score, scorer attribution, and sudden-death penalty shootouts
• Everyone on the list follows the action in real time

VOTE AND CROWN THE MVP
• A 24-hour voting window opens when the session wraps — rate your
  teammates 1–10 and pick one MVP
• Votes feed back into skill ratings, so teams keep getting fairer
• MVP titles stack up on your profile

KEEP THE SQUAD CONNECTED
• Group chat for every game
• Friends and head-to-head records, with detailed football match logs
• Notifications for invitations, kickoff reminders, and MVP awards
• Session history with per-match goal logs and shootout breakdowns

• Guest mode runs entirely on your device — local games, players, skill
  ratings, and balanced teams, no sign-up needed
