## What is Rosterly?

Rosterly is the coach's register: know who paid, who showed up and whose medical certificate needs renewing. Everything stays on your phone, with no account and no cloud.

FEES WITHOUT THE CHASING
• This month's scoreboard: collected vs expected at a glance
• Mark a fee paid in one tap (and undo if you slip)
• Monthly, quarterly or yearly fees, arrears worked out for you
• Ready-written WhatsApp reminders, even for the whole group

ROLL CALL IN 10 SECONDS
• Swipe right for present, left for absent
• Late and excused, session notes, monthly attendance register (PDF)
• See who has missed 3 sessions in a row before they quit

MEDICALS ALWAYS IN ORDER
• Snap the certificate and set the expiry date
• Alerts 30 and 7 days before; the roll call flags who isn't cleared
• Nudge the parent on WhatsApp in one tap

RECEIPTS AND STATEMENTS
• Numbered PDF receipts with your club letterhead
• Yearly payment statement for parents

AND MORE
• Groups with days and times, calendar with matches and events
• Insights: income month by month, attendance by group, athletes at risk
• Birthdays, parent and emergency contacts, notes
• Backup to Google Drive or iCloud, Face ID / Touch ID lock
• Light and dark theme, 8 languages, your local currency

Made for dance schools, youth football, volleyball and basketball, martial arts, swimming, tennis, gymnastics, personal trainers and small gyms.

PRIVACY FIRST
No sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Your athletes' data never leaves your phone unless you send a message or a PDF yourself.
