Can’t get a hold of anyone to set up my account after 30 day trial is over.

This app seemed to have all the solutions to scheduling that I needed. But now (I believe my free trial is over) nothing is working. I’ve tried to contact anyone and have had zero luck. I’m willing to pay a fee for the app but can’t even find a place that specifies the cost or how to pay.
