We’ve been using Rostr to manage scheduling and communication for our large Farm & Home retail store, and it has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations. Managing a large team with varying shifts can be challenging, but Rostr has simplified the entire process.

The scheduling tools are intuitive and save our management team a significant amount of time each week. Employees appreciate being able to view schedules, receive updates, and manage shift changes directly through the app. Communication has improved, and we’ve seen fewer scheduling conflicts and misunderstandings.

The platform is easy to learn, reliable, and will help us stay organized during upcoming busy seasons when staffing demands are constantly changing. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we’ve had questions.

For any retail business looking to streamline workforce management and improve team communication, I would highly recommend Rostr.

I’ve been in food service and food service management for over a decade, and have never been satisfied with a scheduling or management app. Y’all know how frustrating they all can be. Rostr was recommended to me by a friend, and I tell you what it lived up to his praise. Practically all the issues I took with the previous apps are addressed by Rostr, almost as if I designed the app myself!
