I can’t make it through scheduling one appointment without getting error message. I’ve called numerous times and get some lame explanation as to why MY app isn’t working. It would help a bit if they acted like they cared but they don’t. This is my business that gets compromised not theirs. Save your money and frustration and get something else. You’re better off with a piece of paper and a pencil. ### 1/5 — Love the software, hate the app *2021-07-15, version 1.2.0* I have been using the Rosy software for my salon and it is BY FAR my favorite software that I have ever used for scheduling and running my salon. It does everything that I need it to do and then some. And it’s very user friendly for my clients to book. HOWEVER, the app...it used to work. And then one day, nothing. I have reached out to support and I did what they said to do, but I still can’t get it to work anymore. My phone is a newer model iPhone and updated. When I downloaded the app, after deleting and trying to get it to work, it just won’t open. It would be nice if they would get their app to work. Nonetheless, I love the Rosy salon software, just can’t use the app! ### 1/5 — Ugh *2021-06-26, version 1.2.0* This app really needs to be updated. I don’t want to change soft wares but this app is super difficult to navigate. It is not meant to be an app it is set up for a computer so it makes everything on the app super hard. Every time you click out it logs you out and you have to re enter all the info. This app deletes appointments doesn’t save formulas and every time I close out of the app it makes me long in even though I click remember me also You aren’t able to move or change appointments around easily. I can use my mobile swiper from CardConnect on my phone now through this app and there’s no issue with the times on the schedule being off! As long as you have automatic updates turned on and your iOS is up-to-date drag & drop and staying logged in work fine :) ### 3/5 — Too many bugs *2025-11-30, version 1.2.7* I have had this app for at least 10 years. I now cannot open the app on my phone. I tap on it and NOTHING. Also, My admin comes up (when I open the app) and not my Schedule. I spoke with support, they told me what to do and it does not work. Also when I check a client out MORE TIMES THAN NOT, I cannot close the ticket because it doesn’t fit on my IPHONE PRO MAX. Which is quite a large phone. But this is obviously the most annoying one. ### 2/5 — Terrible since last update. *2021-11-10, version 1.2.3* The salon I work at uses this salon software, but there have been many times after an update when there are a lot of kinks to work out. This latest update, which was weeks ago, has been very frustrating. The screen gets locked and I cannot scroll up and down, nor left and right on the screen. This is especially frustrating if I am in front of a customer trying to schedule their next appointment, I just have to stand there griping that the system is locked up. This app is more difficult to manage due to it not being “phone” friendly. The system itself on a computer is extremely easy + efficient, however on your phone it does not keep you logged in - even if you select ‘remember me’ EVERY TIME. & 2 minutes later you have to log back in & type everything in all over again.
