## What is Rotfeder?

Rotfeder is the digital correction board for teachers. Photograph or scan a student's worksheet, tap a wrong word – and type the right form above it. Rotfeder finds exactly that handwriting in the photo, strikes it through in clean red and writes your correction on top.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick a photo, scan a sheet or share one from another app
• Tap a wrong word, or slide your finger along a sentence
• Type the correct form – done
• Share as a PDF (A4) or image with the student or parents

CORRECT LIKE WITH A RED PEN
• A clean red strike-through that follows the line of writing
• Corrections stay sharp however far you zoom in
• Strike only, free text, pen and circles – a drawn circle is smoothed automatically
• Signature and stamp with date, any colour for pen and text
• Undo anything, move and edit corrections
• View the original: show and hide corrections with one tap

CLASSES, SESSIONS AND KIDS
• Create classes with an icon and colour and add kids – by first name or nickname, each with an animal avatar
• Keep sessions per class and record who was there with one tap
• Assign each sheet to a kid, a session or just the class
• Student report: attendance, homework and grading status per kid – share it as an A4 PDF
• See at a glance what is open, in progress and done

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
• No AI, no cloud: recognition uses classic image processing right on the device
• Works completely offline – no account, no ads, no tracking
• Save a backup file and restore it, with reminders
• Trash: restore deleted items for 7 days
• Optional: sync through your own iCloud (off by default)

Rotfeder runs on iPhone and iPad and speaks 29 languages.

Example data is included to try it out.
