Leider bekommt man in der App über Google Werbung angezeigt. Die App läuft auf eine. iPhone Mini nicht sehr zügi. Und zuletzt, man bekommt ständig die Aufforderung doch bitte das Abo zu testen. Rother Verlag zum Mitschreiben: ich habe mich bewusst für das Buch entschieden und möchte kein Abo. Früher nannte man so was „Drücker Kollne“ **Developer response:** Hallo! Lade den Guide und den Kartenausschnitt herunter, dann sollte es zügiger laufen, da die Daten nicht vom Server geladen werden müssen. Den Guide gibt es ohne Extra-Kosten zum Buch, daher bitten wir um Verständnis für die Werbung. Für Abonnenten wird die Werbung nur unterhalb aller Inhalte angezeigt. Wenn dich die Benachrichtigungen stören, deaktiviere sie in den Einstellungen des iPhones unter Apps, Rother, Mitteilungen. ### 5/5 — Seit Jahren zufrieden *2026-04-28* Wir nutzen die App seit rund 3 Jahren auch im Urlaub viel. Bislang sehr zufrieden. Nutzen allerdings das Gold Abo. Viele der schlechten Bewertungen beziehen sich auf einzelne gekaufte Bücher. Dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Die Premiumversion lohnt sich für uns. Man kann die Filter bei der Routensuche gut einstellen, das ist für uns mit kleinen Kindern wichtig. Hatten früher einige schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Apps. Ist nicht lustig, wenn man 10 km Rundwanderung macht und umkehren muss weil es den Weg offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht mehr gibt. Mit der Rother App ist uns das noch nie passiert. Lediglich mit der eigenen Routenplanung muss man vorsichtig sein. Da kann es schon passieren, dass ein Weg in der Karte steht, dieser aber gar nicht mehr existiert. Schöne Wanderungen mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen aber stets mit feinen Ausblicken, guter Beschreibung und kenntnisreichen Details. Bei Rother gibts eine gute Auswahl und bisher war jede gemachte Wanderung auch schön. Das einzige was mich stört ist, dass die gefundene Anzahl der Wanderungen auf der Karte meist nicht stimmt (auch nach Tap auf ‚hier suchen‘) und dass die Fotos manchmal besser sein könnten. Ich habe auch schon einmal versucht, selbst eine Planung zu erstellen, aber das war recht umständlich und zum Schluss waren auch meine mühsam zusammengestellten Wegpunkte verschwunden. Da nehme ich lieber eine andere App. Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden. ### 1/5 — Dreadful Interface *2026-01-20* This is simply the worst interface for walking apps. Otherwise write to feedback@rother.de ### 5/5 — Einfach genial *2025-09-16* Die Wanderführer des Rother Verlags in Buchform begleiten mich seit Jahrzehnten, die App ergänzt das Angebot in gewohnter Art und Weise mit professionellen Angebot. Nach zunächst Nutzung der Basisversion habe ich mittlerweile den Zugriff mit Gold-Abo und bin begeistert, denn es bietet ein riesiges Angebot verfügbarer Touren, auch offline. Via GPS-Navigation hat man eine verlässliche Anzeige des Standortes und des Wegverlaufes, was es schwer macht vom Tourenweg abzukommen. Was mich überzeugt ist die Professionalität der Tourenbeschreibung, das hervorragende Kartenmaterial, dass die App nur skivolle Funktionen vereint, nicht überfrachtetet ist und dadurch eine einfache Handhabung ermöglicht. Ich habe vor wenigen Wochen noch das Abo für 34,99 EUR jährlich abgeschlossen, aktuell gibt es ein Probier-Angebot für ein ganzes Jahr für nur 19,99 € , eine super Gelegenheit die App vollumfänglich kennenzulernen. ### 5/5 — Für’s Wandern super! *2024-07-30* Habe die App seit einigen Jahren mit den Wanderfuhren von Rother verwendet und finde sie eine Super Ergänzung. Sie läuft aktuell (iOS 17.5) recht stabil und die Genauigkeit der Positionierung reicht völlig. Scheint das Akku relativ gut zu schonen, wenn man nicht die ganze Zeit den Bildschirm an hat.
