I went to the coupon page and it’s blank. So, if you’re getting it for the savings….dont bother. I went to the coupon page and it’s blank. However, it lacks any details about your service. You can’t look at invoices, notes from the service or anything else. When I opened the app it came to the page asking to turn on notifications but never gave the pop up to enable them. I looked through the settings to turn on notifications to see if I could continue but was unable to find the setting. I looked in the app settings and notification settings. I also tried hard rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app but nothing got me closer. A tech came the same day (a pro), but he looked at it… had to go to his truck to put it in computer to tell me it was going to be $480 for 15 minutes labor. The drain is flowing, but $480? A huge con. No offer of senior discounts, no offer of military discounts. I feel majorly taken advantage of. I will never call them again for service. They charged an outrage fee for snaking and when the camera went down they found a hole. They send other guys for water clean up and within the hour they want 10k and promise that insurance will cover it. Slow down and get a real plumber. ### 1/5 — Liars! They’re franchised too-so no corporate! *2026-03-20, version 2.0.3* UPDATE: Manager has reached out to “make things right”and says he is sending a check to pay for the tub they destroyed. Dehumidifier:That thing has probably been in so many sewage basements and crimescenes. He said it would ALL be covered by insurance. And it was at the time. Fast forward a few months and I realized why we were told not to shut our bathroom door because of the heat. It’s because the bathroom door was hiding 2 gaping holes in our tub and our drain was destroyed and probably the drain pipe. After over a month trying to get a hold of the manager, customer service and roto rooter corporate and just putting another help request ticket in they were all ignored. When he finally came out because I told him about the damage to our bathtub he admitted to it and said he and his boss would get together and figure something out with insurance. According to RR they’re still negotiating. According to insurance they’re not and they’ve left us with a big fat bill because instead of fixing the parts of our tub that they broke, the cut it up into sections and “disposed of it” saying it was my idea and now they won’t put a tub back in and my insurance won’t cover their incompetence. Seaking all avenues of rectification and letting the world know who they are dealing with. ### 1/5 — Cannot set up properly…. *2026-03-17, version 2.0.1* The app has an address similar to mine, in another location. It won’t even let me pick my address in the list.
