Food is always great and order is never wrong! ### 2/5 — What’s the point of a rewards program you can’t use? *2023-03-15* I actually work at rotolos and I constantly have problems with this app. The rewards and promotions need to be fixed. They are so glitchy. I had hundreds orders today messed up because of this app (pi day). Rewards or discounts aren’t applied to the cart. If you redeem on one page, but not at checkout, the offer disappears and there is no way to apply the offer again. It’s just so finicky. I can’t redeem offers like I should be able to. Also, half of the time, the QR codes don’t work and they show no offer available in Toast, even though I’m literally looking at the coupon. Then once you click off of the coupon redemption screen, it’s gone forever whether it was successfully applied or not. ### 5/5 — Great Pizza *2023-02-09, version 2.0.1* Great Pizza, Wings & the staff was super sweet & helpful! ### 2/5 — Rewards at checkout does not work *2022-10-09, version 2.0.1* I downloaded the app because their website mentioned being able to use rewards. Two awards were available for my account. The website states, “In App: To redeem rewards, go to checkout and click “Apply Rewards”. Select the offer you would like to use and it will be applied to the order.” Well, “Apply Rewards” was not an option at checkout. It simply had me select payment and “Pay Now.” I noticed the Promo Code option allowed scanning QR codes, so I redeemed one of the rewards to obtain the code, but when I tried scanning it as a Promo, it didn’t work. Also, when you add items to your shopping cart, it briefly flashes a description of what you selected with the option to “Continue Shopping.” What’s the point of this, if the message doesn’t even stay on the screen long enough to read properly, much less to actually click the link to “Continue Shopping”? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashing *2025-09-21* What’s the point of the app? It crashes almost seconds after opening the app. Hard to order anything from it when it doesn’t stay open long enough to use it. ### 1/5 — App closes *2025-07-07* The app closes when trying to use for no reason. First, we had issues with rewards, it first said that you would get $5 off for signing up, so I did that. Then nothing came through for that; instead it then said you could get $5 off for registering your card. I thought forget it, everyone is hungry. I went ahead and placed my order with a pickup time of 7:35. My husband went to pick it up at the allotted time and sent a message asking for the status…not a good sign. I checked the app, which showed that the order had been completed; when in reality, the store has not even begun to work on it. It’s currently after 8:00 and there are at least 10 other orders ahead of ours. I would not recommend placing an order on the app as the information is completely false. ### 2/5 — Your last update killed the app *2026-08-11* I tried to order pizza today and the 90’s menu popped up and if I went to the normal items it closed the app. Eventually it locked up the phone. Please fix your app as ordering over the phone results in confusion. Just FYI I ordered on the app regularly.
