What really stands out is the communication. Noah and the team are extremely responsive, actually listen to feedback, and push updates fast. It doesn’t feel like you’re just another user in a giant system — it feels like they’re building with you. Feature-wise, Rotor is built for people who actually knock doors and close deals. The door-to-door tracking tools, lead management, follow-ups, payment processing, and automation flows are way more advanced than what I’ve seen elsewhere. Everything connects smoothly from lead to invoice to payment. I’ve looked at and tested platforms like Jobber, Housecall Pro, Homebase 360, and others — and Rotor simply gives more control, more customization, and better tools specifically for service businesses doing real field sales.If you run a window cleaning business (especially if you do door-to-door), Rotor isn’t just another CRM — it’s an advantage.
