## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad app from a bad company

*2025-05-12, version 2.1.4*

Horrible app for many years now. Never works. Constantly dropping out. Just as bad as their power meters. These guys do not know how to code or produce any sort of digital technology. Buy any other power meter. Do not buy i to the rotor ecosystem. It will be one of your biggest and most expensive cycling mistakes.

### 1/5 — Can’t create a acct

*2025-04-01*

Keeps saying I am failing the non existent captcha

### 1/5 — Awful

*2024-03-04, version 2.1.0*

Connects sometimes but then keeps showing an error when trying to update the firmware.

### 1/5 — Rotor

*2024-02-29, version 2.1.0*

See above inpower meter has been group the app however!!!

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-02-15, version 2.0.4*

Old app worked fine, this one does nothing when trying to log in, literally nothing.

### 1/5 — Rotor powe

*2023-05-18, version 1.2*

This app is terrible does not connect to my 2in power

### 1/5 — Total failure

*2021-07-09*

Apart from the rubbish UI (which I could live with) this is highly unreliable. I have recorded some major rides with this, only to have them lost when it fails to save to history. Steer clear, save yourself the anguish.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2020-07-12*

Has never worked and a waste of time when you apparently need this app to gain information on setting OCP. Always says calendar error, if not that it just crashes

### 2/5 — Unintuitive App Design

*2024-09-22*

I bought a bike with a rotor power meter and had to calibrate it using the app. The app is very unintuitive and my power meter has a hard time being found using the app. The instructions given on the app were hard to understand so we had to look it up online. My husband had an Assioma power meter and their app is very intuitive and easy to use. If also has more options for the power meter such as a travel mode. I would definitely buy an Assioma power meter over Rotor just for the fact that the app design is much improved. The rotor power meter does work great though once you finally figure out how to calibrate it.

### 2/5 — Power readings drop out constantly

*2023-07-24, version 1.2*

Connected to Garmin 920xt and Hammerhead Karoo2, power readings constantly dropping off from display and then computer says ‘searching for sensor’ after every freewheeling section!!

### 5/5 — Great data, user friendly!

*2024-09-09*

I love being able to see if my balance is good left & right. Very reliable & easy to read, plus the spin scan feature is super if I'm on the trainer.
