## What is RotorReady?

RotorReady is a study and training aid for helicopter pilots. Practice emergency and malfunction procedures, test your knowledge with quizzes, and review limitations and systems — all optimized for quick, focused repetition. Offline support lets you download content and train without internet. Supports AW169, H125/AS350 B3e, and AW139 configurations. Not operational flight documentation.

### 1.0.12 — 2026-09-14

New study content now appears in the app as soon as it is published, without waiting for an app update: podcasts, procedures, system notes, quick reference numbers, quiz questions and IFR/VFR topics all refresh on their own.

Added the AW189 podcast series (warning lights and the full AFCS walkthrough) and re-recorded the AW169 EP episodes with a clearer voice. Added six IFR/VFR topics.

Everything still works offline. The app opens straight from the device and no longer waits on a slow connection before showing content you already have.

Fixes: corrected the AW189 weight limits to show which figures require the weight extension kit, removed two podcast episodes that had factual errors, restored a missing AW169 take-off profile diagram, and fixed a quiz question that had no correct answer.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-09-12

Added the Robinson R22 as a full model (quick reference, procedures, abbreviations, calculations, and a 196-question quiz), plus new System Notes articles across several aircraft types. Fixed podcast episodes, light-warning audio, and offline downloads not loading correctly in the app. Security and stability updates.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-09-10

Fixed the app not working when opened while offline (e.g. airplane mode) after being fully closed — downloaded podcasts and training content now work reliably again in that situation.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-09

Fixed the app getting stuck showing outdated content after an update. Weather planning and Airports work again, and the back button works correctly when training on memory items in the Emergency & Malfunction trainer.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-02

Added full iPad support — RotorReady now runs as a native iPad app instead of a scaled-up iPhone window. Also fixed the AW169 EP central warning panel trainer occasionally reverting to AW169 Standard when opening a light's procedure.
