With the updated Blijdorp app you can experience Blijdorp Rotterdam Zoo like never before. Come face to face with special animal species, admire our special plants and explore our unique collection of monuments. Moreover, you will learn all about how Blijdorp works on restoring nature, and what you can do to help.

Use the app during your visit to get the most out of your day. Use the interactive map to plan a route at home or during your visit. Walk through the park, find your favorite animals and learn more about the animals. Of course you can also find information about restaurants and other facilities. Furthermore, this app keeps you informed of all current events in and around Blijdorp Rotterdam Zoo, such as news, educational shows and feeding times.

 You can now only begin an expedition when you’re physically at Diergaarde Blijdorp. The app uses your phone’s GPS to check if you’re within the park boundaries—ensuring the full experience is enjoyed right where it’s meant to be!
Make sure to enable location access when prompted so you don’t miss out on any adventures.
