It never keeps me logged in and sometimes when I try to log in it just takes me back to the log in screen!! Please fix this!!!! It’s annoying the week starts on a Sunday, I would love to be able to change that to Monday. Haven’t worked for them for two years but they’re still here and still mess with some functions. Googling only tells me how to remove employees as an employer, but would be great if I could just remove them myself. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. ### 2/5 — OK, but room for improvement *2021-11-02, version 4.10* In the training guide it states that shifts are offered to staff and the Roubler app is supposed to permit an “Accept” or “Decline” function for each shift. This either no longer happens in the present version or is yet to be added to the app. It would a useful addition and offer a much more live feedback and flexibility between staff and employer. This way, the employees are able to inform their employer if they are unable to commit to a particular shift or not and the employer then knows a more accurate live display of their total workforce for each shift. ### 4/5 — Ok for work *2021-11-02, version 4.10* It’s a well built app, and it’s not terrible but can be really slow and glitchy when trying to do a few work checks at once. ### 4/5 — Easy enough *2021-08-12, version 4.8* As an employee, it’s easy enough to use. The phone options and accessibility are very poor. What’s the point of having phone app if it’s not helping in managing the roster. From not having the same functions as the web page to ENDLESS freezes to crashes to full lock outs (where nothing works, app or web page). It’s littered with faults! In the 4 months our company has been using it, roubler has failed to deliver time and time again. I have an up to date iPhone 11 and with absolute certainty, I can assure you it’s not user error. It has the potential to be a fantastic tool for its purpose, just not in its current state. ### 2/5 — Not great *2024-10-10* Doesn’t work most of the time.
