We are a group of about 12 who all play together once a week but not every time. Sometimes one or two can’t make the meet. So selecting attendees from an already saved group would be very helpful. This facility would also help club organisers who have different groups playing at different times or of different ages. **Developer response:** Thank you for you review! Best regards Per ### 4/5 — Adapted this to my billiards league *2025-04-19* I run a billiards ladies league. In order to make this a relaxed league I devised a way to make it a stress free league. We never have a set schedule. Instead, if you show up you play in a round robin tournament every week. The only change that I would like to see is when I have a match that isn’t played because someone leaves early, I don’t have the ability to have the final points reflect a 0-0 score. The app automatically assigns a point for those teams. Please contact me directly per@perkodar.se ### 3/5 — So close to be really good *2025-04-04* For the time being, it works and I’m glad I payed for the premium features. There are some issues with the “doubles unlimited” like a previous review noted. Instead of distributing evenly and avoid also playing with the same partner on consecutive games… it is truly random and that is not useful. Aside from that I really wish you could save players. The new drafts feature would be so helpful if I could duplicate it and create tournaments with the same people or edit the group slightly if I need to. I also wish I could “refresh” the matches so the matches would just change teams and opponents if I feel like the pairing is not the best. This could also resolve the r”randomness of the first problem, if someone sat out and the next game is asking them to do so again, a refresh could include them back into the court and problem solved. I also wish I could choose my view on the score numbers. If we are playing traditional 11, I don’t neeed to see points up to 76! We're excited to share that a recent update includes a new Re-shuffle feature for Mexicano and Unlimited Round Robin formats. With just one tap, you can now mix up teams and opponents, helping avoid repeated pairings or back-to-back byes. You find this feature by pressing the three dots top right corner when inside a tournament. Regarding your suggestion about saving players: that’s a great idea, and it's something we’re considering for future updates. In the meantime, you might find the Copy Tournament feature useful. On the app’s start page, just swipe right on any tournament to reveal the Copy button. This allows you to quickly duplicate a tournament — including all player names — so you don’t need to enter them again. Thanks again for your support Per ### 3/5 — Byes not handled well *2025-03-05* The app works great when there are complete foursomes. Not so great when incomplete foursomes require players to take byes. For example, when using the Round Robin Doubles (Random Teams) format with 14 players, the app creates 17 games. Out of those 17 games, five players get two byes. Six players get three byes. Two players get one bye, and one player gets four byes. One player got three byes in three consecutive games. The app should spread byes evenly among all players. For example, with 14 players, the app should provide seven games with each player getting one bye or 14 games with each player getting two byes. And no player should have to take byes in two consecutive games. **Developer response:** Hi Corndog55, Thanks so much for your feedback, and apologies for the late reply! We’ve made some slight improvements to how byes are distributed in recent updates, and we’re continuing to work on making it even fairer. Also, we’ve added a new Re-shuffle feature for the Mexicano and Unlimited Round Robin formats. It lets you quickly reshuffle teams and matchups with one tap, great for fixing uneven bye patterns or simply refreshing the schedule. You can add the players at anytime but can’t delete them and it got too frustrating starting the round robin over. It gave an option to sit a player but it didn’t work. Per my message above, sitting a player didn’t work. It was still including them in the rotation. Deleting a player is what is needed as they need to also be removed from the leaderboard. **Developer response:** Hello, sit out players are as you mention there instead of deleting since they should be kept in the Leaderboard. If you are an odd number of participants, like 11 on 2 courts it's not mathematically possible for everyone to play with and against everyone. The setting Round robin unlimited does a good job making sure everyone play with everyone when you are an odd number but it may result in double setups for some people as well. If you are even, ex 12 on 3 courts, it will always be correct. Everyone plays one time with everyone else and twice against everyone else. I go to school, in Cape Breton Nova Scotia. This game has smooth running for my iPad, I would use it on my phone but I decided to test out some apps while going on my iPad. The options are very good, at the start I chose the name of my tournament and was presented with 5 options to choose from. I typed in the information after choosing my option and while trying to scroll down to get the keyboard off I accidentally closed the information tab and had to restart. After typing the information in I finally got to the good stuff, I did all the games and had both the standings and the games on one page, very good. After doing all the games the winner was decided and moved on to the actual tournament, the bracket was nice but could be better. This is a great app to use when having round robin tournaments, and I would suggest this for people who are looking to make one. Although the game bugs a tad bit but not enough to notice, I enjoyed this and will be giving it 5 stars. The app generates a setup that all players get to play with everyone. If you don't use all rounds its OK, the Leaderboard will always be up to date with what has been played. If the rounds are all done you have the possibility to generate more rounds if you want to play more.
