Huge red flag along with the other information tracked on here. I like the physical location but this app here…BOTL. “New & improved app” the website says. ### 2/5 — Unstable *2025-10-02, version 1.0.9* Was unable to reload the game card from the app—after entering and submitting, an error would occur and the game card would not be reloaded. I refill on my app and there’s no reward point, my boyfriend and I are big arcade gamer and we spend almost $1k at round 1 and no reward point update when we purchase it through the guest counter either. Either way you don’t get no reward point. You only get the benefit to look at the card amount and ticket amount and the membership of paying $110 for 825 credit. ### 1/5 — Charged me without giving me credits *2024-12-11* Up until yesterday I have had no issues with this app. Unfortunately that changed yesterday while at Round 1, I decided to use it to put some credits on my card. After picking $15, my credit balance updated, reward points added and receipt sent. I go to swipe and it says it says insufficient credits. I check again and my credit balance somehow reverted back to the previous number. I called the number on the receipt and they told me I should hear back from someone , but in the mean time someone at the location might be able to help me. The on location manager told me to call the number (again?) and nothing can be done on his end. The person in the phone said I should send a charge dispute (really..) and I should hear back from someone soon. Waited around for about 20 minutes just to see if it would fix itself and no. To add insult to injury jury, I go back to the in person desk and it takes 10 minutes for anybody to show up and help me. It’s been 24 hours and no changes are made. The credits never ended up on my card, no refund attempt or even an email. Wish I could give this app a positive review as it has some good feature. However the fact it steals your money without recourse makes it far too dangerous to recommend. Would be happy to change it if any effort is made to convince me otherwise or show responsibility on their part ### 1/5 — Won’t let me recharge my card *2024-12-03, version 1.0.8* No matter how many times I try to reload my card, it just says an error has occurred. This has happened since this new app came out and nothing changes. Thank you CS even if it took awhile. ### 3/5 — Its ok, needs apple pay *2024-10-21* My biggest gripe with the app is that it needs compatibility with apple pay, paypal, google pay, literally anything that would make buying more credits convenient and easier. I don’t wanna keep taking my wallet out when I need to reload and the line is long. Besides that point, the app is pretty much what you'd expect for a general arcade app. It has plenty of other features I’ve yet to take advantage of and I look forward to doing so. It did upset me that I had Club Membership status on the old app and this app doesn’t recognize that at all. ### 3/5 — Account Doesn’t “Exist” *2024-10-13, version 1.0.8* Account now works. It’s nice to see how many credits I have and how many tickets but the additional feature of being able to transfer them (Like Dave and Busters) would be a fantastic addition. I also have to comment on the fact that we still have not received a single notification or any type of real deal from the app since its launch. This is truly disappointing on the companies end. ### 3/5 — Needs Apple Pay, ASAP. *2024-06-22, version 1.0.8* I’m knocking 2 stars off this app because to reload a card requires the user to stand there and manually enter all bank card details, for each card. So if you’re reloading 2 cards for example, you have to go through the whole process 2 times. I’m going to assume they did this to avoid paying Apple Store fees? …Why in the WORLD would you guys make your customers stand at a game machine, find and pull out a credit card, then have to type in a card number + expiration + CVC + billing zip??? Apple Pay or local encrypted storage of the bank card details is a thing, and NEEDS to be implemented ASAP. Thanks. ### 3/5 — Needs more *2024-04-27* The new app and rewards are nice but once again the company falls short to its players. The prices at Round 1 are egregious and limiting to the player. The payout rates on your claws are absolutely obscene. Getting 119 credits for spending $300 is a joke. Round 1 needs to offer something to its higher spending players. The app would be the perfect place to do that. Provide us with coupons, other than the rewards, give us reduced rates for our paid play. Even the opportunity to get at least one day a month at half price play would be wonderful. All this tells me is that you are more interested in your profits than your players and that’s truly sad. Many of your games at the Erie, PA location have been down for months as well; it would be nice if some of them were operating again. **Developer response:** Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience this have caused.
