## What is RoundBeat?

Build your workout, follow a clear timer, and review the details when you're done. RoundBeat brings workout setup, interval timing, saved routines, and session stats together in one place.

CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING FORMAT
Set up AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Tabata, and gym workouts.

MAKE IT YOUR WORKOUT
Add exercises and adjust rounds, work intervals, rest, warmup, and cooldown. Keep the next exercise in view while the timer guides your session.

SEE THE DETAILS AFTER YOU TRAIN
Review work and rest time alongside stats for each workout section. See recorded AMRAP rounds and round times, EMOM interval timing, and completed Tabata intervals. Repeat a saved workout with matching settings to compare your results.

KEEP YOUR ROUTINES READY
Save workouts, organize your favorites, and reopen past sessions from history. Spend less time rebuilding the same routine.

OPEN ROUNDBEAT FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN
Use the Home Screen widget to follow an active workout, open saved workouts, or begin creating a new one.

MORE ROOM TO TRAIN
Use adaptive layouts on iPhone, iPhone Duo, and iPad. RoundBeat is also compatible with Macs with Apple silicon.
