## What is RoundBell?

RoundBell is a gym-grade round and interval timer for boxing, HIIT, and everything with a work and rest rhythm. Big numbers, loud bells, and a warning before every round ends, so your hands stay up and your eyes stay off the clock.

Start in seconds with a real built-in library:
- Classic boxing, 12 rounds of 3:00 work and 1:00 rest, plus amateur, speed, and heavy-bag variants
- HIIT intervals like 40/20 and 30/30
- Tabata, the classic 20/10 by eight, and a double round
- EMOM, every minute on the minute
- Bodyweight and core circuits, plus mobility and cooldown flows

Build your own timer:
- Set prepare, rounds, work and rest phases, cooldown, and the bell
- Add as many phases per round as you want for real circuits
- Pick from six bells and a configurable end-of-round warning

During a workout:
- A full-bleed display that scales up on iPad and Mac
- Bell at every change, a warning beep before work ends, and a 3 2 1 countdown
- Haptics and a keep-awake screen, so it works from across the room
