The only down side were the prices. £35 for a bottle of wine (hence the 4 star rating)😳come on!! Big shout out to the litter pickers/cleaners in diamond V.I.P they never stopped they worked so hard and were friendly and always smiling 😊 on which must have been a very long day for them. With less than two hours until the gates open, we still don’t have access to the tickets we’ve paid for. This appears to be a three-way issue involving Ticketmaster, AXS and the Roundhay Festival app, but as the customer I shouldn’t be left caught in the middle. After speaking to Ticketmaster, all I was told was that someone would call me back. There was no clear timescale, no reassurance that the problem would be resolved before the event, and no confidence that we’d actually be able to get in. When people spend hundreds of pounds on tickets, travel and accommodation, leaving them in limbo just hours before the event is completely unacceptable. The event requires tickets to be accessed through the Roundhay Festival app, linked to Ticketmaster/AXS accounts, yet despite following the required process, the tickets still aren’t showing. (Roundhay Festival) The lack of communication and accountability between Ticketmaster, AXS and the event organisers has turned what should have been an exciting day into an incredibly stressful experience.
