Now I can login, but, half the time I try to go look at my stuff, the app won’t open. When it does work, it is quite nice. ### 2/5 — Stop asking for me to enroll in paperless statements. *2026-06-20, version 9.4.1* I’ve answered “NO” 800x. STOPPP ### 1/5 — Has no function on 12 Pro *2026-04-30, version 9.3.6* This app has not worked for months, an error pops up every time I attempt to log in. I have to pay my mortgage through a browser every time. ### 1/5 — The Worst Mortgage Company EVER! *2026-04-29, version 9.3.6* Do not choose this company to hold your mortgage! They are so unprofessional. In the last month I have run into 2 major issues. One being pulling my mortgage out of my bank account TWICE overdrawing my bank account and now they’re saying it wants their fault and I have to pay a $50.00 return check fee although when I first talked to them they admitted they pulled my mortgage out of my bank account TWICE! As a first-time homebuyer this is the worse experience in my first year of home ownership I never thought I would have. I am in the process of refinancing my loan somewhere as I’m trying this. Goodbye good riddance! ### 1/5 — RoundPoint Paperless Nonsense *2026-04-22, version 9.3.6* Because I did not opt in for paperless, the app puts a screen before the login to reconfirm my paperless choice, EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. This is absurd. Late fee was not removed as asked. This is ridiculous, no courtesy after 14 years. I would also like to see all of the actions taken or made on my account., not a select few. My account activities look as if I paid late and that’s not the case. I have to pay through a browser every time. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-04-09, version 9.3.6* Any app that forces you to change passwords randomly but won’t let you paste from your clipboard is terribly designed. Changed my password in my password manager to update and can’t paste it in the new password box and overrode the old one so now I have to reset. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve updated. The app does not allow me to get past the log in page. It’s clear what reviews are fake because it takes 5 seconds to confirm all the 1 star complaints are true. Useless app ### 1/5 — Do not use!!! *2026-03-28, version 9.3.6* They change numbers without reasonable notification, and do “reviews” months after previous review without notification. I had to call for explanation multiple times. They forced account to have extra escrow money when no other lender required it and did not explain. Customer service and communication should be 0 stars. I don’t know what happened in the last year or so but EVERY MONTH I have to reset my password because the app says I have the wrong information!!! Even though I use the Face ID method. I’ve called once before but the problem still remains. I hate it here!!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service! *2026-08-14, version 9.4.1* Both the app and website are horribly broken, redundant and confusing. You will spend hours on the phone going from place to place only to be sent back to square one. The rabbit holes and dead ends are infuriating and will waste hours of your time. Want to speak with a human? Good luck! I only got a call back after reporting them to the BBB. Automated processes do not work, zero support and communication. It’s 2026 hire the right people to fix this app because it’s ridiculous at this point. ### 1/5 — Ripoff *2026-06-03, version 9.4.1* So far I have paid over $3,000 and not received credit. Even my bank faxed them two times with the verification but account has not been credited!🤬. I will say to start it was almost $10,000 and with the help of my bank I have only received partial credit and late fees were not removed from the account. BOOM RoundPoint does all of these things. Sure. Other mortgage payment sites probably by law have to do the same thing but by golly is it easy to also do it with RoundPoint.
