Autocomplete Chips (A/P field)
* Labs — type first letter(s) of any lab abbreviation to see current values as chips (e.g. n → Na 4.2, cr → Cr 1.1). Tapping replaces the typed trigger word
* Vitals — t → T 37.2°C, hr → HR 72, rr → RR 16, bp → BP 120/80, o2 → SpO2 RA / 2L NC
* Imaging — ct, xr, mri, us, echo, or imaging → shows documented studies; tapping inserts full modality + findings
* Physical Exam — type pe or exam → chips for all documented positive and negative findings
Vitals Section
* Advance button (Adv →) for entire vitals section — copies current to previous, clears for new entry
* Previous vitals shown above each cell, color-coded red (high) / blue (low) / gray (normal) per reference range
Labs
* Lab values bold and larger (19px)
* Previous lab values larger (12px) and slightly darker
* Advance (Adv →) per panel (CBC, BMP, LFT/CMP) — moves current values to previous row
