## What is Rounds & Commands?

Rounds & Commands is a voice-called sparring partner and fight coach. It calls real combos and reaction drills in real time — numbers, colours, directions, actions or your own custom signals — so you react instead of watching the clock.

Also works as a fully configurable interval training timer: set rounds, rest and preparation time your way.

Built for boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, HIIT, circuit training, reaction drills and any workout that lives in rounds.
