## What is Rounds?

The patient is in front of you. What do you ask first?

Rounds lets you practice that moment as often as you want. Every patient is a fictional case written fresh for what you're studying, and you work it up the way you would on the wards: talk, examine, test, decide. Then an attending-style grade shows you exactly what you got right and what you missed.

HOW A CASE WORKS

• Take the history. Ask anything in your own words, typed or out loud. Patients answer only what you ask, so a good history is on you. The key history bar shows how much you've uncovered. Stuck? Tap Questions to try.
• Examine. Choose the maneuvers you'd really do and see each finding.
• Order tests. CBCs, chemistries, imaging and more, with results flagged when they're abnormal.
• Commit. Name your diagnosis, your differential and your next steps.

AFTER EVERY CASE

• A score out of 100, broken down by history, exam, workup and reasoning.
• Fix next time: the questions you skipped, the red flags you missed and why they matter.
• Your differential reviewed, with must-not-miss diagnoses and how to tell them apart.
• The condition explained: classic symptoms, risk factors and warning signs.
• One tap turns your misses into flashcards.

BUILT FOR HOW YOU STUDY

• Practice by rotation or body system: internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, OB/GYN, psychiatry, neurology, emergency medicine, family medicine and more.
• Clinic or hospital cases.
• A case clock (5 to 20 minutes) when you want it to feel real, or turn it off.
• Tips for shelf exams, OSCEs and board prep in every debrief.
• A study plan built around your exam date.
• Progress by clerkship and system, a rating that grows with you, streaks and badges.

WHO IT'S FOR

Medical students from the first year through the fourth, and anyone who wants to think more like a doctor.
