No ability to chat with either store or shopper. I have to guess when my order is ready. What is so difficult about showing roasted red bell pepper dip? It’s in the store for purchase. It just keeps resetting itself and refreshing. I’ve spent half the time just looking at a rotating R. Also, the shopper apparently cannot see the backup items, so they are listing all the alternatives when in reality the item I selected as a replacement is right there. Nowhere to sign in *2025-02-12, version 4.8* Recently the app logs me out daily and it’s so annoying it’s really annoying. Useless logged out again. Deleted this useless app. I think they just gave up on this app ### 1/5 — Ugh *2025-01-24, version 4.8* This app has gotten worse if that’s possible. It at least used to allow me to stay logged in, however now I have to choose location and login every time I use it. Please hire someone to fix this app. I’ve also noticed many items are not found even though you sell them in store. Having this service for customers is great but it’s lacking. ### 3/5 — Recent Update *2025-01-12, version 4.8* The additional steps just to access the app makes it a chore. Select Pickup, enter zip code and then select a store…even when logged into the app. Also getting logged out of the app to frequently. This means performing all of the above steps, plus logging in just to “check in” to pickup an order. And “yes”, I select keep me logged in. ### 2/5 — Internet of things *2024-08-12, version 4.7.0* Installed this app so I wouldn’t have to go over the same crap,(location, zip, store, ect). However this app sends me to the exact same spot as using a web browser does. It appears the app has a more sinister purpose. My data and yours. Going back to web. Uninstalling. I am constantly going on trying to do a online order and can’t find the items that I’m looking for and it’s simple items that should be there, like today I wanted to get 2% milk, you don’t even have Rouses brand 2% milk on there, that’s insane. Whoever is in control of the app really needs to step up their game. What good is placing an online order if I have to go inside to pick up items that I know you have in the store but they’re not on the app. ### 1/5 — Rouse App *2023-12-15, version 4.7.0* The Rouses App does not work. I want to shop at Druscilla, but get referred to #58. I also would like to shop Digital Deals, but the App has never worked for this. The employees at Druscilla cannot provide help. Can I get this fixed ? ### 2/5 — Great curbside service, not a very good app *2023-08-03* App does not open most of the time. You have to log in every time you use it. Ingredients for all products should be shown along with country of origin. The store shopper is amazing. ### 2/5 — Efficient timesaver *2023-06-19* This is working out well for me. The shoppers know the Rouses products. The app is fairly easy to use but make sure that you can log in from the parking lot when you get to the store. Also, need to list ingredients on all products. Update: the app crashes just about every time I try to use it. Useless app ### 2/5 — Weekly Flyer?? *2023-02-23, version 4.4.0* I downloaded the app so I could check weekly flyers and specials without having to google every time. I thought it would have the same info as the website, but it doesn’t even show the flyers. It has lists, but I want to be able to scan the flyer without having to scroll through every item. And it doesn’t take you to a home page. The landing page is for starting an order, and you have to begin the process just to get in. It’s could be handy for ordering, but that’s not what I’m interested in. It’s easier just to google the website. Swapped a few texts about unavailable items, which was nice. I wasn’t sure what to expect with regards to unavailable items. Got everything I ordered and great service.
