## What is Route Care Driver?

Route Care Driver is for van drivers at adult day care and care-transport centers that use the Route Care dispatch service. Sign in to see today's pickup and drop-off route, navigate to each stop, mark riders picked up, capture electronic visit verification (EVV) signatures, and share your live location with your dispatcher while transporting passengers. This is an employee tool — accounts are provisioned by your center's dispatcher.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.7.7 — 2026-09-19

- Marking a pickup or drop-off complete no longer reorders your list.
- No-show and self-transport pickups no longer show a drop-off as still pending.
- EVV: see when a signature has been saved, and view it again later.
- Fixed an issue where a fresh install could show the wrong care center.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-09-07

Sign in with just your phone number — no center code needed. The app automatically finds your center for you.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-24

This update adds shift tabs so you can quickly switch between your morning and afternoon routes, plus a new Return to Center button to navigate back to your depot after your last stop.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-17

No release notes.
