The app though is terrible, frequently crashes when browsing and the filters don’t function correctly. ### 1/5 — Garbage UX *2022-05-18, version 20.0.6* The Route One button that fundamentally changes the app layout is garbage and this is terrible UX design. You should not have a tab bar item that lets the user go back to a different layout. But after a few minutes of use you see quite a few features a broken: your rewards/points are always 0/incorrect value, search function is terrible, trying to filter for things is too difficult/fiddly or sometimes just not possible. It’s easier and quicker than a browser. However just the same as their website, filtered searching is faulty, it’s fine when you search for specific brands but when you try and filter for sizes it doesn’t and it’s really annoying.
