I have it connected to my email to automatically pull tracking numbers. But lately it has been messing up a lot of the merchant names and tracking numbers. For example, my orders from Etsy and Zazzle are both labeled as “Facebook”. Sometimes I will also get random orders / tracking numbers that are not connected to anything in my email or account. Very weird. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Broken Apple Mail Linking and No Support Follow-Up *2026-08-21, version 2.187.0* The Apple Mail linking feature in Route simply does not work. Every time I try to connect it, the app just redirects me to an Apple page instead of completing the linking process. I contacted support, explained the problem, and even sent them a video clearly showing the failed linking flow. Their response was essentially “thanks for sharing, our engineering team will fix it.” That was months ago. I never received a follow-up, no fix was released, and the feature is still broken. It’s frustrating to advertise an integration that doesn’t function, then leave customers waiting indefinitely after they provide detailed troubleshooting evidence. Poor support follow-through and a broken core feature make this app hard to recommend. ### 1/5 — Set up Too complicated *2026-08-19, version 2.187.0* Routed me to so many pages and wanted all this info & verification & when I did it said page not found! Had access to both my email and Amazon, which apparently wasn’t enough for it to do anything. Package tracking 90% of the time never updated. Would stay at “ordered” status all the way through it being shipped and delivered. The issue wasn’t the tracking number, which would show the proper status once I manually searched it. Route would just never update. Many orders showed up in duplicate for no reason at all. Inappropriate orders also show up, like fast food/pizza. There’s literally no reason for a mobile Taco Bell order to show up as a “package”. ### 1/5 — Additional tax on shipping *2026-07-18, version 2.185.0* All of these tracking apps just add fees to tell me what I already know from the mail service and “insure” my package which should be/technically is insured by said service ### 1/5 — No wonder no help available *2026-07-16, version 2.185.0* I have 15 plus packages paid for but you don’t deliver.
