## What is RouteBench?

RouteBench is the all-in-one field toolkit for delivery-route drivers and supervisors.

• Tracking — scan a barcode, a PAL label, or a photo and get the live status of any package instantly, with a scan tone.

• Mass Tracking — paste or scan hundreds of tracking numbers at once and see them grouped by status: delivered, out for delivery, loaded on car, in transit, exception, and not found.

• End-of-Day Report — the app reads the reports you already uploaded and builds your end-of-day numbers and PM text in seconds.

• Check-In Audit — run driver check-in audits, then download or email each form (or zip them all).

• Barcode Generator — create Code 128 / Code 39 barcodes from tracking numbers, then view and share a PDF.

• Contract Assistant — ask a question about the labor agreement and get the exact articles cited back — by text, by voice, or from a photo of a grievance or warning letter.

### 1.4.4 — 2026-08-24

The AI Assistant now accepts photos and voice.

• Photo — tap the camera to show the assistant a report, a label, or a whiteboard. Take a new photo or pick one from your library, crop it first to leave out anything personal, and ask about what's in it. Follow-up questions still see the photo.
• Voice — tap the mic to ask hands-free. Your recording is transcribed and shown as your message, so you can see exactly what was heard.

• New: AI Assistant — draft email replies and DIAD messages, write safety and PCM talks, and work through operations analysis right in the app.
• The Thursday CPM reading tool is now called "Legal."

• Contract Search now also covers the UPS Policy Book and the Legacy books — switch the source right in the search bar.
• New: Thursday CPM Reading — generate a short excerpt and reflection from a Policy, Legacy, or Contract book to share with your team at your Center Planning Meeting.
• Scanning a tracking number, label, or photo now also recognizes O-barcodes, 7-series, and shipper reference numbers (a letter followed by 10 digits) — not just 1Z.
• After an ORS build, pending O-barcodes and 7-series get one-tap "Copy all" and "Make barcodes."

Barcode and tracking updates: quickly copy tracking numbers, generate and share Left-in-Building labels, and pull package descriptions. Plus stability improvements.
