App is basic. Site is not helpful either. Prefer other distributors. Luna- The Ai help bot on route note is basically useless ### 3/5 — Messed up *2026-05-25, version v12.0.0* Someone was using my email address and of course after communicating this your answer was sending an email asking the very question. Wont allow password change after verifying not having an account prior. I can see my monthly listeners on Spotify and everything on my dashboard is still completely zeroed out. So I know people are listening to my music but I’m not being paid for any of it and my statistics aren’t updating. Are you guys stealing my money? I used the browser version to upload my bangers and it worked decent but there were some issues and it took a month and a half for my song to be “Approved” to be on Spotify. Then when I wanted the app to distribute from my phone a year and a half ago, it said the feature was coming soon, after several updates and over a year of checking, they still haven’t shown any signs of being able to upload from the app which is extremely frustrating to update the app just for it to say “coming soon” Again.😑🙄 ### 1/5 — Absoluter Müll *2025-06-05, version v7.0.0* Man läd einen Song hoch und wartet erstmal ewig lang bis da irgendein Feedback kommt. Nach langen Wochen dann die Meldung:“dein Song ist abgelehnt.“, was völlig ok ist, wenn man denn einen genauen Grund hierfür genannt bekommen würde. Stattdessen kommt eine Liste mit 100 Ursachen für die Ablehnung mit der Anmerkung „einer oder mehrere dieser Gründe treffen zu“. Dann stellt man eine Anfrage, ob einem der spezifische Grund genannt werden kann (evtl. kann man ja dann den Song entsprechend bearbeiten) abermals kommt, nach mehreren Wochen des Wartens, die zuvor erwähnte Liste mit Gründen und der Anmerkung dass eine oder mehrere zutreffen. Außerdem wird beiläufig erwähnt, dass auf bestimmte Zeit keine Songs mehr von meinem Profil angenommen werden und erneute Anfragen nicht beantwortet werden. Also, originally it would take them 5 days to approve but then routenote got bigger so it took time for them to get back to your song. When they disapprove your song it's usually because the song contains things they don't approve. If there is an issue, the song usually has something that relates to another song so read the comment fully rather than going straight to hate.
