Never scans the QR code. ### 3/5 — Works temporarily *2026-03-12* I have the app and when it works it is great. I have not had many issues but now it will not allow me to scan documents every time I try to scan it gives me an error message stating I need to regenerate the QR code after regenerating and trying to scan again it says the same thing I have tried to reset and uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app still not working ### 1/5 — Good when working but that’s rare *2025-08-22* Nothing like scanning 8-12 documents and then the app not saving the docs and having to try to rescan them, only for the app to be frozen. Please fix. Make life much more difficult and life is difficult enough. ### 1/5 — DOES NOT WORK!! *2022-08-13* My partner uses the same app and it works for him… my phone is new & has latest update but soon as I try to scan the QR code it says “Unable to verify token Please regenerate QR code” Which i do and still doesn’t work..
