Never scans the QR code. ### 1/5 — Good when working but that’s rare *2025-08-22* Nothing like scanning 8-12 documents and then the app not saving the docs and having to try to rescan them, only for the app to be frozen. Very handy as an additional option to upload docs for eContracting. Make sure you scan the QR code in the ‘upload documents’ button, NOT the fax cover sheet. Fax cover sheet QR code is for faxing the docs. ### 5/5 — Everyone else is doing it wrong.... *2019-12-17* You don’t scan the QR code on the finance sheet. When you eContract a deal you click the Upload Documents button down at the bottom next to print fax cover letter. Then you scan that code...worked just fine for me. iPhone 11 Pro Max. A little glitchy after scanning and pressing upload but otherwise worked really well and documents went through fine. Freezes up, takes multiple attempts to get documents to load through to RouteOne, and has no way to get back to a home screen.
