### 4/5 — NON AVAILABILITY OF Routes 2 App FOR iPad Pro 11 (2020)

I have been a user of Apple app Routes 2 on all iPhones and iPads for some time as an essential tool as a driving instructor.

I upgraded from iPad 11Pro 2019 to 2020 and after setting up the new iPad Pro 11 (2020), the app Routes 2 was missing.

I checked on Apple apps store, it was there but only to function with iPhones as there was a note saying This app requires specific features on my device to enable purchase and download.

Just purchased my iPad Pro 11 (2020) from Apple .

I do not understand what could be missing from my iPad that prevents me from downloading this essential app.

Grateful, what can you do to make this app ROUTES 2 available to users of iPad 11 Pro?

I use this app daily to remind me of where my pupils have been so I can give them a better and more informed learning experience. Fantastic.
