### 2/5 — Beware alarms

*2026-08-17, version 3.29.33*

There is no way to silence this apps alarms when you put your phone in DND mode. It is also useful only if every week is the same exact schedule, otherwise you have to spend time every day or week changing every schedule you set to reflect accordingly. Will not email you about trial ending before you get charged.

### 5/5 — One of the biggest aids in keeping up with a hectic life

*2026-08-14, version 3.29.32*

I used this app since 10th grade in hs and now throughout my first year of college. I was the girl who basically moved with everything being on a time crunch and I was tired of it. I wanted to slow down and get to plan out and enjoy my mornings and evenings without having to have a bunch of alarms on my actual phone. This app was the solution. You set how long you want to do each task and organize it in order then all you do is label it as something like “morning routine”. It’s so simple and yet makes the biggest difference. Routinery is one of my favorite essentials apps! (PS. I never write reviews so this app is extra special to me 😭)

### 5/5 — Best apppppp

*2026-08-12, version 3.29.32*

Love this app. This app is the best app for routines and there is no adds. If you’re looking for a routine app I highly recommend Routinery, it gives me the most organised mornings ever!!! Can’t express how good this is!!!!

### 5/5 — Best Routine App ever created.

*2026-08-11, version 3.29.32*

Exactly what I needed. My daily routines laid out, with a timer, and a constant notification reminder of what I should currently be focusing on. Really helps with my ADHD.

### 5/5 — Great for Time Blindness / Morning Scatteredness!

*2026-08-10, version 3.29.32*

For years, I’ve been looking for an app like this. I’ve always been known to run late, and as the years have passed, because of this, I think I have more anxiety and scatteredness in the mornings. This has helped me figure out a realistic routine or days. I have to go into the office versus days that I work from home and just supports consistency. It also takes a lot of the guess work out of what you need to do and what order how much time you have to spend on each task, and that is invaluable so that you can just have a peaceful morning routine. I also love the fact that you can see which tasks you docked not enough time for versus too much and continue to adjust the routine accordingly, so that it is realistic and helps you to plan your life better. So grateful for this.

Update: great to use to get consistency and a flow, until things become automatic habits.

Also helps with time blocking for cleaning, house projects, etc if you tend to underestimate how much time something will take.

KEEPS ME ON TRACK. I LOVE THIS APP!!! Totally worth it!

### 5/5 — Best routine/habit app!

*2026-08-10, version 3.29.32*

A beautiful brain created this app. It’s clean, smooth, and seamlessly functional between phone and watch. Perfectly balanced between the powerful flexible features without complicating anything. 10/10

Here’s how I use it:
Long routine I set the moment I get up that flows me through my morning. Timed tasks like exercise are set, while flexible tasks are skippable once completed, with waiting periods until the appropriate times. (I actually have moments in my morning where I can pause and breathe!)

My skincare routine, changes nightly but so does my layout with different days customised with each step in order. It even auto starts at the right time. My skin’s never been clearer.

My weekly planning/archiving routine is now flawless. I never forget to check emails, lay out my weekly budget, or tick off that one small habit. It goes down to seconds for each task, and if tasks are on my phone, it’s also right there on my watch. What a godsend.

I also use it at work to time tasks because once completed, the statistics show how far off I was for each task. Unbelievably powerful data alongside my other health data metrics.

### 5/5 — Keeps my ADHD in check

*2026-08-06, version 3.29.32*

I tend to ramble off and do other things. Thanks to this app I have been showing up to work early or on time. 😊

### 3/5 — Great app but one complaint

*2026-08-05, version 3.29.32*

This is a really helpful app but the fact that even on the paid subscription sometimes it opens the review page in the App Store without even asking if I want to leave a review, just automatically redirecting me there, is absolutely obnoxious. I'm looking for another app and if I can find one that provides the same value as this one I'll switch immediately because I truly can't stand that it does that.

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-08-05, version 3.29.32*

Thank you so much this helps me with my ADHD and god bless who ever made this app I lost my grandma and my parents are divorced so I’m very messy now but this helped me and I downloaded a ADHD game and it helps me a lot I also have anxiety disorder and it’s SUPER annoying anyway bai

### 5/5 — Quality of life improving app

*2026-08-04, version 3.29.31*

With ADHD I’m never able to get into or follow routines. But I’m 8 days in and have actually got a morning routine streak for the full 8 days. I’m feeling better in the mornings than I have in a long time. I’m looking forward to expanding to even more routines to get myself better organised. This is definitely a quality of life improving app that I’ll be keeping for a long time

### 5/5 — Amazing Application

*2026-08-03, version 3.29.32*

This app has transformed how I work and has been critical in improving my focus and productivity

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-08-02, version 3.29.32*

Thank you for making a special app about me and it just really means a lot to me and I hope you make just like this and treat people how they wanna be treated and I like how you supported me and what I’ve been doing and I would really like to see more of these kind of apps, but

### 5/5 — It’s nice

*2026-08-01, version 3.29.32*

I got to get everything done and everything I needed to be done love this app straight out of 10 I recommend it

### 5/5 — Best Routine/Habit App

*2026-08-01, version 3.29.32*

This is THE ONE!!
I purchased it for life.
I have read the bible, counted my blessings in a journal, prayed and read my daily text every single day for nearly 1,000 days.
I as well have used my cpap machine, gone to sleep by 11 pm, Pimsleur language lessons, Duolingo, cleaned my home, stayed in my diet and more for over 200 days.
The organization and abilities of this app are top tier. Simple layout, adjusts to personal needs and realistic changes in life. Motivating cute task icons and growing tree streak mascot. White noises and more for focus with timers and reminders as to why you want to do it.

### 5/5 — Completely worth it. Amazing app for ADHD brains

*2026-07-31, version 3.29.32*

This app is one of the most useful tools I've ever used to combat procrastination and other ADHD related difficulties. I love how flexible it is to be able to adapt to what I specifically need. I especially love that I can skip a part of my routine and it still marks the entire routine as completed (you can see in the details what you skipped). This is a big deal for me because it removes the feeling of missing something and the guilt that could entail. People often say "just start" but it feels like every part of a bigger task needs that decision to start. With this app, I just need to decide to start the routine, the rest is decided. It's gotten me to be more consistent with my workouts (I just added 15 minutes of yoga to the end of my morning routine) and with my studies. But I use it for anything I do regularly that involves more than two sequential actions. The big thing is, YOU need to decide start. The app can remind you, but only you have the power to take that action. But once you've done that, the app (and your past self who created the routine) removes the decision fatigue from the rest of that routine. I seriously and wholeheartedly recommend this app!

### 5/5 — 要望

*2026-07-29*

I’d like to be able to view the history for each routine.

I can see some information from the Analytics tab, but I can’t view the history for the routines themselves.
I’d like to be able to view the time spent on a routine and delete that routine directly from its history.

Example
January 1, 9:00 PM–11:00 PM (2 hours) Night Routine -Delete-
January 1, 7:00 AM–8:00 AM (1 hour) Morning Routine -Delete-

### 5/5 — It’s great. Pay them for their hard work if you find it useful.

*2026-07-29, version 3.29.30*

NOTE: being mad an app isn’t free is like being mad restaurants aren’t free or your plumber isn’t free. I guarantee you that hundreds, if not thousands of hours went into making this app, and it’s updated constantly… which means they’re working on it all the time. If you value someone’s work, you should pay them for it. Having a concentration app shoving ads in your face constantly worlds kind of defeat the purpose, no? Regarding the app: I needed a relatively simple app to break my day into blocks of repeatable tasks (e.g. morning routine) and blocks of time where I could use my existing task management tools to get things done. This app is great for that. Not as rigid as Tiimo time-wise but it’s heavier on reminders. Tiimo ended up being a place where I could see whatever it was that I’d been falling to work on for the past hour… this does a better job of keeping me on track. Support (might be a one person project?) is responsive and useful. Syncing for the watch is excellent while in a routine (another thing Tiimo was terrible at) -Wishes- Base Functionality: * Halfway reminders, or reminders every 𝑛 minutes would be super useful. While I’m working, I use an interval timer app that gives me a simple notification every six minutes. Having this integrated would be helpful. * would love a mode where I had a pile of tasks and a set block of time and I could choose which ones to do next. Sometimes it doesn’t matter if I shave before a brush my teeth but just need to be reminded to do both and stay on task. UI improvements: * Having text search of emoji would help. Doesn’t have to be any more complicated than a filter based on characters included in the name. Figuring out whether the icon I want is in default or whatever can be tedious. “Wait… was there a work category? No? Maybe electronics? No… hmmm” * Having sub-headings or details under title for tasks would be helpful. * Still not really sure what contexts are. My first guess is that they’d be like GTD contexts like “on the phone,” or “at work,” but that doesn’t really make sense for a scheduled task. Maybe that’s not the right word for the functionality? If so, some other wording could use cleanup— “you can restart at any time” implies that you’re starting from the beginning. Unless I’m not seeing the ability to restart, it should read “you can continue any time.” In think there are a few other minor ones but clearly not important enough to matter. * Would love to see a breakdown of how much time I allocated to each task in reality so I can adjust my schedule or habits. That is more important info to me than whether or not I completed the entire block exactly as prescribed. Thanks for making the app.

### 5/5 — Woo

*2026-07-28, version 3.29.31*

Yayyyy

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Thiefs

*2026-08-13, version 3.29.33*

My trial expires on the 16 todays is the 13 and I was charge already do not even try this app they are better ones

### 1/5 — They ruined it.

*2026-07-31, version 3.29.32*

This app is garbage now. They changed the alarm so that it now only plays sound instead of making your phone vibrate. They also changed the alarm notification to look like an actual alarm, meaning you can just shut it off. The appeal of Routinery for me was that the alarm would push constant notifs to my phone and make it buzz with no way to turn it off except to start the routine. That always forced me to remember what I need to do. Without that, I know I'll just end up dismissing or missing entirely the notifs the app sends. It's useless now. Im canceling my subscription after being a loyal customer for years. Devs, please restore the old functionality and give us an option of vibrate-only alarms and push notifications that don't stop until you begin the routine!

### 1/5 — Large holes in “System “

*2026-07-18, version 3.29.30*

It is almost impossible to find any help with questions that they have. There does not appear to be any way to schedule activities that occur once a week, such as every Monday at 4 p.m.

No help Section, no way to contact “Customer Service”, quite disappointing.

### 1/5 — Aggressively Assumes Non-Compliance & Lacks Functionality

*2026-07-16, version 3.29.30*

This is a step by step timer outlining what to focus on, constraining you to very strict timings and the one page that is supposed to give guidance doesn't work

I'm tired of these apps not having proper tutorials and entire broken pages

I look down at my phone after completing my tasks and I see notifications saying, "This is your last chance to do the routine". If I open up the app and I'm trying a routine out for the first time, I see these aggressive signaling telling me to get back on track. I'm not looking at my phone because I'm focused and it just demands my attention which is distracting in itself

I'm being threatened and infantilized in response to assumed negligence. There is no guidance, only guilt.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2026-07-15, version 3.29.30*

Hate having to do so much juat to find out you have to pay to really be useful

### 1/5 — App issues

*2026-06-29, version 3.29.29*

This app is kinda good, however, the option to not automatically go to the next step doesn’t work. Whether I select to have it automatically or not go to the next step, it goes to the next step automatically no matter what. I would rather press play for each step when I’m ready rather than having it go automatically when I select it not to.

### 1/5 — Pale skin is default for emojis

*2026-06-24, version 3.29.28*

Huge turn off for myself and others who have tan skin. This app does not let you change skin colour of the emojis either. In other apps you can long press hold to swap emojis out for a different skin colour and that’s not an option here. This is why apps use the default yellow skin versus pale Caucasian skin. While it’s not great that is more inclusive than just making Caucasian the default.
My review will remain 1 star until I see some sort of remedy for this as this was very offensive for my user experience to not be able to change emojis to represent myself in my own routine.

### 1/5 — Outrageously priced

*2026-06-11, version 3.29.27*

Heading said In App Purchase , but the truth is you get one week then it’s $36 a year . F that . Deleted

### 1/5 — Malicious site! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!

*2026-05-30, version 3.29.26*

The protection I use on my iPhone picked up this site as having malicious activity… TWICE!

I REPEAT… DO NOT INSTALL!

### 1/5 — Update

*2026-05-07, version 3.29.23*

I used to use this app every day and I loved it. That was until the update. Now I can’t move my tasks around. If I try to move one up it just makes it skipped. 0/10

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worth it

*2026-08-24, version 3.29.33*

I usually download apps like this, use them for a while, then either decide it’s too much work or forget about them. This is the one routine app that I’ve actually been consistent with for YEARS. It’s genuinely the only reason I have a morning routine, which I consider a miracle. Kudos to the creators of this app.

### 5/5 — I LOVE THIS APP

### 5/5 — 4 weeks no skipped gym days

*2026-08-22, version 3.29.33*

I bought this to help nail down my exercise habit.
I'm extremely busy and driving to a gym to exercise just felt completely unfeasible. I did have to wrangle with my schedule for about two weeks before I figured out when I could actually go to the gym consistently. then I built two gym routinery routines because two days I go in the morning and two days I go in the afternoon.
Now four weeks later I haven't missed a single gym day. Each of the gym routines which support me getting ready and actually driving are exactly what I needed to fill that gap and making the choice that I wanted to make.

### 5/5 — Morning and evening changed

*2026-08-21, version 3.29.33*

Since Istarting use routinery app, I am a constant person, muy mornings are more effective. I usually be an early bird but my nights was a caos. But now, I do the things on time and respect my healthy habits, starting and ending the day

### 5/5 — Looveeee it

Tho the age ranking is so high why?

### 5/5 — Best App for ADHD

*2026-08-20, version 3.29.33*

Whenever I fall off my routine the past few years I download this app again to keep me on track. Now that I have to leave in the morning I'm using it to make sure I don't lose track of time and have extra minutes to get more things done with my morning!

### 5/5 — ADHD

*2026-08-20, version 3.29.33*

The app helps me stay on track better.
