Randomize everything in around. Limit predictability and made life more interesting. Also, this tool is useful in certain areas where variety is needed or could be beneficial, like workout, eating, social communication, learning, teaching, hobbies ...
Just:
 1. Create your list of items.
 2. Select how many of them you wan't to pick.
 3. Select the list.
There is also an ability to give a weight to each item and it'll appear more often.
