先日のアップデートで、iOS標準のショートカットアプリで、ルーチンを開始できるようにしてくださいました！
ショートカット内のオートメーションを使って、「目覚ましアラームが止まったとき、ルーチンを開始」とすることで、ルーチンを立ち上げるためにスマホを触り始めて、そのままダラダラスマホを見続けてしまう…というのがなくなりました！
本当にありがとうございます！！！これからも使い続けます！！！

I do not know why all daily planners, calendars, etc do not have this kind of app integrated into it.  If I could I would drop a routine into my day, and poof, it would copy my routine right into my planner.  Alas, none of them really do that.

Why do I want that?  Because this routine tracker is the easiest way to create a working routine.  I use it for many, many routines, especially when they are detailed.

とても素晴らしいアプリだと思います。
診断された訳では無いですが、後回しや遅刻が多く、カウンセラーさんにおすすめしていただいたアプリです。

朝の準備、お風呂など、細かいタスクで区切って登録し、タイマーを流しながらやることでついついだらけてしまう事が減りました。

次のタスクも画面に出ていると、今のタスクから次の動きにスムーズに行きやすいと思うので、是非お願いします。

また、ルーティーンの複製と同じように、タスクの複製も出来たら有難いです。

非常にこのアプリに助けられています。お陰で毎朝同じタスクをこなしてから、出かける事が出来ています。本当にありがとうございます。
